ABOUT RAISING ARROWS ACADEMY
Raising Arrows Academy brings the high-quality experience of school education to a user-friendly online environment. The students, parents, and teachers who make up our school community share a passion for learning and the drive to pursue success. Our full-time virtual school and individual courses help students everywhere explore their interests and prepare for the future.
Raising Arrows Hybrid Model will allow students the access and opportunity to come on campus throughout the week. At Raising Arrows, we will have someone readily available to assist your child with their coursework and navigating through the content.
We are partnering with Reformation Academy in Talledega, AL, created by Dr. Darius Williams.
VIRTUAL ONLY
This option would be for the family looking to achieve a virtual education but not needing Monday-Friday onsite facilitation. This option would allow for the student to still participate in social activities such as field trips, school dances, etc.
Cost: $150/month
ONSITE ONLY
This option would be for the family desiring an onsite experience where a facilitator would be with the students from 8:30a-2p Monday-Friday. During this time, the student would work on assignments needed to complete their courses, receive extra help on challenging lessons, etc.
Cost: $300/month
ONSITE + AFTER-SCHOOL CARE
This option would be for the family desiring an onsite experience where a facilitator would be with the students from 8:30a-2p Monday-Friday with an additional 2p-5:30p After-School Care provided by Raising Arrows. During this time, students would be allowed to work on assignments needed to complete their courses, receive extra help on challenging lessons, and have an overall After-School experience.
Cost: $400/month
FAQ's:
Do I need to provide my child with a lunch?
Yes. We ask that all students pack a lunch to eat during the day. If your family chooses the Onsite + After-School option, a snack and a hot dinner plate will be provided during After-School hours, with the monthly price.
Can I come and pick my child up earlier than the suggested time?
Yes. Raising Arrows Academy allows flexibility in the classroom and with your time. Students must complete the lessons and courses assigned; when they do those assignments, it is up to each family.
Is there a multiple sibling discount?
Not at this time. We hope to grow our academy to a place where we can eventually offer multiple sibling discounts.
Are there any scholarships available?
Not at this time. Again, we hope to expand this academy to provide scholarships for qualifying families.
When is tuition due?
You will be billed via Brightwheel for monthly payments for a course of 10 months total. Each payment will be due on the first of the month and late after the tenth of each month.
Are there any registration fees?
Yes. We do require a $100 registration fee upon applying to Raising Arrows Academy.
